Prices

Sessions cost £60 and last 50 minutes for both assessment and ongoing sessions.

I am happy to arrange a free short introductory telephone call before booking an appointment.

Payment by Bank transfer (and cash or card for in person sessions)
I can offer in person sessions on a Monday afternoon and evening.
I also offer online sessions at other times via SKYPE or ZOOM.

About Me

I am a qualified psychosexual and relationship counsellor accredited with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I have over 13 years of experience, previously working at Relate and IAPT services. I am also a member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC).

I am in Supervisor training with the Contemporary Institute for Clinical Sexology (CICS) and can offer supervision to counsellors working in similar areas to me.

My Approach

I endeavour to create a neutral and safe space for couples or individuals to explore issues that are concerning them regarding their relationship and/or sex life, but might be difficult to discuss and resolve at home. I can also support you on your journey to create ways to change and overcome them.

If compulsive sexual behaviours or porn use is causing you difficulty, I can offer a non-judgemental space to talk about these and offer recovery support to individuals or their partners or couples.

How I can help

I offer support for a wide range of relationship issues including (but not limited to) communication, disagreements, infidelity, life changes, mental health and illness, whether to separate or stay together. I also offer support for sexual difficulties such as impotence, premature ejaculation, pain, vaginismus or loss of libido and compulsive sexual behaviours including porn use.
