About Me

Hello, I’m a friendly and compassionate HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist and Chartered member of the British Psychological Society. I hold a clinical psychology doctorate from the University of Oxford and use my expertise to develop tailored psychology treatments for adults, young people and children experiencing mental distress. Whether you or your child are experiencing mental distress for the first time, or for many years, psychological therapy can make lasting positive changes.

My Approach

I appreciate that finding help for yourself or your child can feel like a daunting step. However, I truly believe that mental distress can impact anyone and therefore we are all likely to need support at some point in our lives. This means that working with me ensures a completely non-judgmental approach where we will work together to overcome difficulties so you can live the life you want.

To maximise the effectiveness of therapy I use an integrative approach, meaning I can draw on knowledge and skills from a range of therapies to most suit your needs including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).

How I can help

I work with a wide range of difficulties including the list below:

  • Anxiety & worry

  • Panic

  • Low self-esteem/confidence

  • Low mood/depression

  • Phobia

  • Trauma

  • Coping with physical health difficulties
