My fee is £50.00 for a 50-minute session payable by BACS prior to the session date or cash on the day and we can meet weekly or fortnightly as you require.
I also offer zoom or telephone counselling at the same price.
I will be at the Ashcroft Centre on Fridays from 2.30 till 8.30 pm
My name is Daniel, and I can offer you a safe and confidential space where you can be heard without judgement, a place where we can work through those old wounds or discover what has been troubling you so you may find your answers.
I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to all legal and ethical obligations and requirements as such, including confidentiality and data protection (GDPR).
I am an integrative counsellor trained in Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and Person-Centred Humanistic therapies and have also worked with the charity Parenting Project in Warwickshire for two and a half years.
But am I the right therapist for you? Only you can answer that question and I would love to meet you via zoom or telephone for an initial chat so you can answer that question.
You may have been troubled by something for a while and have tried talking to friends or family, but nothing changes.
You may be kept awake by anxiety or stress, but you can’t put your finger on what it is that is keeping you awake.
Or in fact you do know what is troubling you but have never been able to talk about it.
Major changes in your life may have created a loss of the person you once were. Perhaps you feel that you lack purpose and that everything is hopeless.
We as humans are very good at pushing things down inside, locking them in a box and marking them DO NOT OPEN, but eventually the box starts to crack, things come out sideways and seep into our everyday lives effecting and hindering how we live.
I will walk beside you through your troubling issues with empathy and kindness so you can find your answers.
